Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years' experience in retail logistics or related field.
- Robust people management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent cost management skills with attention to detail on expenses and budgeting.
- Proficiency in data analysis for making informed decisions about inventory levels and resource allocation.
