- Valuable communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
- Experience in major incident handling, with exposure as a Junior Incident Manager.
- Ability to drive Major Incident RCA and ensure timely resolution.
- Domain-specific knowledge is not required for this role.
