Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the automobile manufacturing sector.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a positive industrial relations environment.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions plans to address them.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for improving employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational performance.
Job Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience in HR Compliance Manager role or similar position in the automobile manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of Labor Compliance, Statutory Compliance, Industrial Relations, and relevant laws & regulations.
- Proven track record of implementing successful audit findings and developing effective corrective action plans.
