What the ideal candidate looks like

- 5–12 years in EA, Admin, or Ops at a structured organisation.
- Strong AI literacy — regularly uses ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. in actual work and can explain the task, prompt, and outcome. This is the #1 thing tested.
- Highly assertive — comfortable chasing senior stakeholders repeatedly until something is closed.
- Comfortable with ambiguity — doesn't need a predefined playbook or perfectly defined responsibilities.
- Hands-on operator who can manage both EA + HR/People Ops.
- Bangalore-based and in-office.
- Ideally has experience in a tech/startup/digitally forward environment and is familiar with tools such as Notion, Google Workspace and Slack.

What the role is NOT

Not a traditional EA role.



There is no fixed JD, fixed hours, or playbook.

Not a 9–6 job with predictable, fixed deliverables.

Not secretarial or receptionist work.

Not for someone seeking stability or predictability. The role involves undefined work and ambiguity.

Not a passive coordination role. The person must actively chase, follow up, and close commitments — including with people senior to them.

A senior, hands-on operator who uses AI, owns outcomes, chases relentlessly, and thrives when there is no playbook.

The biggest hiring signal is not “outstanding EA experience.” It is whether the person can independently operate in ambiguity, use AI to multiply their effectiveness, and relentlessly drive things to closure.
