Job Description

We are looking for experienced Talent Sourcing Specialists to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in technical and niche hiring, proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building high-quality talent pipelines.

This is an urgent hiring requirement, and candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, communities, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Handle technical and niche hiring across Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Product, Cloud, DevOps, and other specialized technology roles.
- Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to identify relevant talent pools, competitor talent, skill availability, and hiring trends.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates through personalized outreach and effective engagement.
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies based on skills, experience, location, and seniority.
- Own sourcing pipeline and TAT, ensuring consistent delivery of qualified profiles within defined timelines.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics including response rates, profile quality, conversion ratios, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Stay updated on emerging sourcing techniques, AI-powered recruitment tools, technology trends, and talent-market developments.
- Ensure a robust and diverse talent pipeline for current and upcoming business-critical requirements.
