About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-driven D2C Growth Executive to drive the growth of our Website and Mobile App. You will work closely with Product, Technology, Performance Marketing, Design, Content, CRM, and Data teams to identify growth opportunities, improve customer experience, and execute initiatives that increase acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive growth initiatives across the Website and Mobile App. ( tech led growth )
- (Collaborate with Product, Tech, Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, and Data teams to execute growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, user experience, conversion rates, and retention.
- Work with Product and Tech teams to define, prioritize, and launch new features and enhancements.
- Analyze key business metrics such as Revenue, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and Retention to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute A/B tests, landing page optimization, feature improvements, and CRO initiatives.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to improve campaign performance and post-click conversions.
- Monitor website and app performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Track industry trends, competitor strategies,



and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Growth Marketing, Product Growth, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Data.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and digital analytics tools.
- Good understanding of customer journeys, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and growth metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
