Job Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in MEP projects to support the planning, execution, and coordination of mechanical services for hospitality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting system installations.
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works with consultants, contractors, and PMCs.
- Review mechanical drawings and ensure quality execution as per design.
- Verify contractor bills, material quality, and work progress.
- Prepare technical documentation, handover documents, and snag lists.
- Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Use AutoCAD and BIM for design review and project coordination.
Skills Required:
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Water Treatment systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software.
- Positive knowledge of MEP execution in hotel, resort, or commercial building projects.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations.
