Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to Japanese-speaking clients through phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server operating systems.
- Conduct backups of critical data and systems using various backup tools.
- Collaborate with team members to identify solutions for complex problems.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Proficiency in JLPT N2 level Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server operating systems administration.
- Experience with backup procedures and tools.
