- Develop VMC CNC programs using 3D CAM.
- Create and modify CNC programs as per component drawings and 3D models.
- Work on Siemens NX / NX CAM and Delcam software.
- Generate tool paths and optimize machining processes.
- Select suitable cutting tools, speeds and feeds.
- Perform program simulation and identify machining issues before production.
- Coordinate with the machine operator and production team for smooth machining.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
- Ensure accuracy, quality and timely completion of components.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of VMC Programming & 3D CAM.
- Hands-on experience in NX/NX CAM and Delcam.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, tooling and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Experience in tool path generation, simulation and optimization.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
