Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Identify new business prospects through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve product knowledge, and enhance overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in consumer electronics & appliances sales or related field.
- Robust understanding of dealer development, dealer network management, and dealer sales principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
