Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in coding and integrations, along with hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering scalable solutions, handling complex integrations, and contributing effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Triggers, and LWC
- Implement and enhance Service Cloud functionalities (Case Management, Omni-Channel, SLAs, Entitlements)
- Build and maintain Experience Cloud portals ensuring performance and usability
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure high-quality code with proper unit testing and adherence to best practices
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Architects) for solution delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions

- Strong hands-on experience in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable,

- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing
- Strong experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, Named Credentials)
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud features
- Knowledge of asynchronous processing and performance tuning
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

Good to Have

- Experience with middleware tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Bitbucket)
