Role & responsibilities

- Manage and operate the food cart independently from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
- Explain menu items, prices, offers, and ingredients when required.
- Handle cash, UPI, and digital payments responsibly.
- Maintain accurate daily sales and payment records.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Keep the cart, utensils, equipment, and serving area clean and organized.
- Monitor stock and inform the owner/manager about replenishment needs.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Encourage repeat business through good customer service.
- Wear the company-provided professional uniform throughout working hours.
- Set up the cart before opening and clean/secure it after closing.
- Submit daily sales, cash, UPI, and stock reports to the owner/manager.
- Follow all company policies, food-safety standards, and operating procedures; training will be provided.
