- Support the Principal in academic and administrative leadership.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, teaching-learning, assessments, and academic outcomes.
- Mentor and guide teachers; monitor performance and professional development.
- Ensure student discipline, safety, wellbeing, and holistic development.
- Coordinate examinations, PTMs, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Analyse student performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centric school culture.
- Address parent and student concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
- Promote innovation, leadership, values, and life-skills education.
- Facilitate effective coordination among teachers, students, parents, and management.

Preferred candidate profile





- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. and relevant school leadership experience.
- 57 years of teaching experience, preferably with CBSE schools.
- Robust academic leadership, administrative, and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in curriculum planning, assessments, and academic data analysis.
- Strong understanding of CBSE guidelines and school processes.
- Ability to mentor teachers and drive continuous improvement.
- Student-centric approach with strong discipline and problem-solving skills.
