Development Lead (Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases, Comos DB)-1

Required Educational Qualification:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or others/MCA.

Required Experience:

He/She must have 10+ years of experience in IT Industry

Proven experience leading development teams and

Maintenance of enterprise databases.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise database solutions using MS SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.
- Design and develop complex stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views to support business-critical applications.
- Build and optimize large, complex business logic within database objects while ensuring performance and scalability.
- Perform SQL query tuning, execution plan analysis, indexing, and database performance optimization.
- Integrate databases with internal and external APIs and third-party systems.
- Support secure payment gateway integrations by managing transaction processing and database interactions.
- Design and maintain ETL processes, data migration, and data synchronization activities.
- Perform database code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.




- Troubleshoot database performance issues and production incidents.
- Mentor database developers and provide technical guidance.
- Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in SQL PL/SQL, including:
- Stored Procedures
- Functions
- Packages
- Triggers
- Cursors
- Collections
- Energetic SQL
- Exception Handling
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Cosmos DB.
- Expertise in SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Experience handling high-volume transactional databases.
- Experience integrating databases with REST APIs and external systems.
- Experience supporting payment gateway integrations and transaction management.
- Strong understanding of relational database design, normalization, and indexing strategies.
- Knowledge of database security, backup, recovery, and auditing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SQL Performance Tuning tools (SQL Profiler , Execution Plan).
- Exposure to Azure SQL Database.
- ETL tools and data migration experiences

Experience with version control and deployment processes for database objects.
