Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the industrial automation industry.
- Build robust relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical solutions to complex customer needs, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive OEM sales landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation or related fields such as mechanical engineering or instrumentation.
- Proven track record of success in developing new business relationships and growing existing ones through effective communication skills.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies including PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, actuators, etc. .
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
