Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets for non-motor insurance products such as health, general, fire, marine, motor insurance etc.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase agency channel sales revenue through agent recruitment and development.
- Build solid relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell relevant insurance policies.
- Identify new business opportunities by networking within the community and industry associations.
- Monitor performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results.

Any general insurance,Non Motor insurance , banking sales , insurance sales any sales exp candidate
