As a Service Engineer, youll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance, youll play a key role in ensuring our equipmentand our customer relationshipsrun smoothly.

As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customersfacilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, youll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. Thats why keeping it maintained to its optimum performance is a huge priority, not only for us but for our customers and the communities they serve.

What you will do

What you will do:

Travel to customer sites to:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
- Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes




- Train customer operators and support production efficiency
- Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
- Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe work workplace
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have

- Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
- Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
- Strong mechanical /electrical/automation knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
- Intermediate level of English
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
