- Design and deliver process training programs for current hires, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training materials, scripts, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback on performance.
- Analyze training metrics to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in process training or a related field (BPO/Call Centre).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
