About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Retail Team Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our store Lebroc. The Team Lead will handle regular CSA/Sr. CSA responsibilities while supervising the store team and ensuring smooth store operations, customer service, billing, sales, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle billing, POS, cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately.
- Performing GRN of the goods, ensure proper allocation of stock in stores and warehouse
- Maintain EXPIRY/DAMAGE data
- Ensure Invoices/challans/data is well maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and support achievement of store sales targets.
- Supervise and guide CSAs and Sr. CSAs and allocate daily duties.
- Manage stock and inventory, including stock checks, transfers, loading, and unloading.
- Monitor daily sales, incentives, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper store opening and closing and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, grooming,



and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Train and support team members on billing, customer service, products, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, SOPs, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Take responsibility for the overall store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-6 years of experience in Retail / QSR / F&B; / Store Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, customer-friendly, and team-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of billing, POS, stock handling, and inventory management.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

- Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Phagwara, Punjab.
