Role & responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of Maintenance and shutdown planning related to RHF, Mill Area, Finishing Area, Motor Shop
- Rolling Mill,Drives ,Lighting Power system & all Auxiliary machines
- Improving E&I; equipment availability of above mentioned area
- Overall responsibility of Automation (Siemens,Rockwell,BCH, ) and its trouble shooting and fault analysing IBA system
- Responsible for Managing the shift.
- Spare planning related to E&I; maintenance of Motors, Drives ,PLC & Instrumentation, all Auxiliary machines
- Awareness & Implementation of SAP-PM module.
- Implementation of various systems in department, TPM TQM etc in above mentioned area of the department
- Implementation of Safety practices in the ASM & all Overhead and Gantry Cranes (E&I; section).
- Impart Training to employees.
