Role Purpose

Optimizing manufacturing systems to ensure secure, defect-free optical glass production.

What the role entails

(Key Responsibilities)

- Product Industrialization & Process improvement.
- Process variability reduction.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in glass quality.
- Problem-solving through DMAIC methodology.
- Engagement in both glass and fiber plants.
- Able to work as a CFT member on projects.
- Driving projects for process improvement and Scrap(Glass & Fiber) reduction.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, structured thinking.
- Six Sigma Green belt
- Superior in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, MINITAB
- Decision-making ability
