Statutory Compliance & Clearances

(Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements related to land.) • Track and implement applicable land laws, policies, and amendments

- Coordinate for required clearances (forest, setting, revenue, etc.)
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and audit readiness
- Address observations from regulatory inspections and audits

Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R;) Management

(Implement effective R&R; programs in line with legal provisions and company policies) • Oversee execution of resettlement sites and infrastructure development

- Engage with affected families to address grievances and expectations
- Monitor R&R; outcomes to ensure sustainability and compliance

Stakeholder & Community Relations
