Role Summary

We are seeking a versatile Senior Graphic Designer with 4+ years of professional experience to take ownership of visual touchpoints across marketing, app collateral, and website design. You will shape visual identities for high-converting marketing campaigns, craft sleek app assets, and design interactive web pages that reflect our brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing & Brand Collaterals: Design high-converting ad creatives (Meta, Google, programmatic), social media assets, promotional banners, email newsletters, and festival-campaign graphics tailored to Indian cultural contexts.
- App Design Assets & UI Support: Create in-app banners, icon sets, feature promotional graphics, onboarding visual elements, and app store graphics (iOS App Store & Google Play Store visuals).
- Website Design & Landing Pages: Build web layouts, landing page graphics, and marketing microsites (via Figma/Adobe XD)

- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand visual guidelines remain cohesive across digital marketing, web assets, and product marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with performance marketing teams, product leads, and content creators to translate business goals into visually compelling concepts.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on visual/graphic design experience in a tech startup, D2C brand, or high-growth consumer app environment.
- Portfolio: Robust portfolio demonstrating high-impact performance marketing creatives, website/landing page layouts, and mobile app visual collaterals.
- Tool Expertise: Advanced mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and UI prototyping tools.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid command of visual layout, typography, color theory, grid systems, and brand hierarchy.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of best practices for performance ad formats, social platforms, responsive web graphics, and mobile app visual standards.
- Bonus Skills: Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects), experience with cultural/spiritual marketing, or web design platforms (Framer, Webflow).
