Role & responsibilities
- Operate and oversee milling operations to ensure smooth production.
- Train, guide, and supervise the team of Chikki Operators.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with the Quality Lab to ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and SOP requirements.
- Maintain production records and report operational issues to the supervisor.
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred candidates with experience in chakki/flour mill operations and knowledge of milling processe
