Job Role:
- End-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers
- Employee onboarding & offboarding
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and internal communication
- Handling employee grievances and HR queries
- Supporting performance management
- Preparing and implementing HR policies and SOPs
- Statutory compliance and HR documentation
- HR reporting, MIS and maintaining HR databases
- Coordination with managers/business teams for manpower requirements
