Role Overview:

As a Senior HR Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our IT and Corporate roles; you will develop targeted sourcing strategies, streamline the candidate experience, and act as an employer brand ambassador for Thanas Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. Utilize job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social recruiting, and passive outreach techniques to attract active and passive IT talent.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough initial screenings, behavioral assessments, and preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate technical aptitude, culture fit, and organizational alignment.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from candidate shortlisting and interview coordination to offer negotiation, rollout, and successful closure.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Act as a strategic consultant and primary point of contact for new hires. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience to ensure rapid integration and high employee retention.

Qualifications & Competencies:

- Experience:



A minimum of 3~ 5+ years of proven, progressive experience as an HR Recruiter, ideally within the IT/Technology sector.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in advanced talent sourcing methodologies, including Boolean searches and resume database mining.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical candidates and senior leadership.
- Decision-Making: Robust analytical skills with a knack for quickly assessing candidate viability and making data-driven hiring recommendations.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: Maximum of 20,000.00 ~ 30,000.00 per month, depending on experience.
