Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Lithium-ion batteries under the TOTO Battery Financing Division

This role plays a critical part in ensuring uninterrupted battery performance and customer satisfaction by providing efficient technical support and field services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install Lithium-ion batteries in e-rickshaws and other electric vehicles, ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards.
- Perform inward quality checks on batteries received at the hub to confirm compliance with OEM and company specifications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve battery-related technical issues promptly to reduce downtime.
- Provide on-site service and maintenance support to ensure uninterrupted battery performance and 100% customer runtime.
- Coordinate with OEM teams via video calls to address complex or unique technical concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed service logs, job sheets, and technical reports with accuracy and timely submission.
- Assist the Area Operations Head in achieving operational goals, improving service efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Note:



Selected candidates will receive hands-on training in Lithium battery technology at the vendor facility.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education:
- Diploma in Electrical / ITI (Electrician) / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10th pass for ITI-trained candidates.

- Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in any of the following industries:

- Inverter / Battery manufacturing or service industry
- EV (Electric Vehicle) or e-rickshaw service sector
- Lead Acid / Lithium-ion Battery industry
- Industrial electrical service

Key Skills & Competencies

- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and wiring.
- Fundamental knowledge of battery technology (Lithium-ion preferred).
- Ability to operate and update Battery Management Software.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Excel-based reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive communication and coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
