Role Purpose

To lead the organizations employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and employee experience initiatives, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the annual Employee Engagement & Wellness strategy and calendar.
- Drive employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
- Lead employee wellness initiatives covering physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
- Design and manage employee recognition and appreciation programs.
- Drive culture-building, employee experience, and leadership-connect initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, engagement campaigns, and wellness activities.
- Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and Corporate Communications to strengthen employee connect.
- Manage external wellness/engagement vendors and budgets.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.




- Identify engagement trends and recommend data-driven interventions to improve retention and employee satisfaction.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR / Organizational Behaviour / Psychology or a relevant discipline preferred.

Preferred Profile

Experience in a large, multi-location organization, preferably healthcare, hospitality, retail, or service industry, with proven experience in managing organization-wide employee engagement and wellness programs.
