Role & responsibilities
Ensure all financial books and reporting are in full compliance to local and groups policies and guidelines. Maintain quality financial information and present them to local management team in a meaningful manner. Take lead in periodic forecast and annual budget cycle. Analyze and monitor sites performance indicators and support the local management team to drive profitable growth and cash generation. Drive production cost and process efficiencies, including but not limited to cost and working capital.
Preferred candidate profile
Looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of work experience in manufacturing workplace. Experience working in complex, multi-cultural, international business environments.
Should know to read and write Kannada.
