We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building responsive front-end interfaces, robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and database solutions while following modern development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas, queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and debugging activities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, and Responsive Design.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth 2.0.
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
