Analytics Manager (AM - Analytics)

We are seeking an entry-level Analytics professional to join our team in Agra/Prayagraj. The role focuses on data analytics, visualization, and dashboarding using Power BI, Tableau, and Python.

The successful candidate will support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and support business decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Create data visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Write Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Data Analytics and statistical analysis.
- Solid skills in Data Visualization & Dashboarding.
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Programming knowledge in Python.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
