Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and experienced Data Analytics Trainers to deliver high-quality training programs and mentor aspiring professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Data Analytics concepts and tools, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Data Analytics concepts and tools.
- Conduct classroom, online, weekday, and weekend batches as per business requirements.
- Handle multiple batches and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Content Development

- Create and update presentations, assignments, projects, assessments, and learning materials.
- Develop industry-relevant case studies and practical exercises.

3. Student Engagement

- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide continuous learner support.
- Mentor students on capstone projects and practical assignments.
- Guide students in interview preparation and placement readiness.

4. Team Collaboration

- Mentor junior trainers and support training quality initiatives.
- Participate in demo sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve learning experiences.

Additional Responsibilities

- Handle learner and customer queries related to the program.
- Support organizational initiatives and business requirements as needed.

Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping learners build successful careers.
- Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Prior training, mentoring, coaching, or educational experience preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python will be an added advantage.
