Job description for the role of Assistant/Deputy Manager Aftermarket Sales Pump- Mining division. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the Pumps Aftermarket business, including DTD and PG services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors to expand business opportunities under the guidance of the reporting manager.
2. Generate enquiries for spare parts, equipment, and Life Cycle Services; provide technical support; prepare quotations; negotiate and secure orders; and drive replacement opportunities for competitor equipment.
3. Organize customer presentations, seminars,



and roadshows to promote products and services.
4. Maintain and submit internal reports, including Salesforce updates and weekly/monthly business reports.
5. Achieve agreed business targets related to order booking, net sales, and payment collections.
6. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling capital equipment such as pumps, hydrocyclones, hoses, valves, and related spare parts to mining customers.
7. Ideal candidate should have experience to managed mining clients like Tata steel, JSW, Hindustan Zinc, Hindalco, Vedanta.
