Qualifications: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, OR Graduate (any discipline) with a Diploma in Supply Chain.

Industry type: Automobile Seat & Plastic Components.

Location: Becharaji, Gujarat.

Experience: 8-12 Years.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle the procurement of Direct Materials (RM) and Bought-Out Parts (BOP), including metals and plastics.
- Identify, evaluate, develop, and monitor the performance of suppliers
- Manage Capex and Opex buying, including end-to-end negotiation with vendors
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) projects with suppliers and internal teams
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams on material requirements and drawings
- Ensure timely procurement,



inventory control, and supply continuity
- Maintain and update procurement data, MIS (Management Information System) reports, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and SAP processes

Preferred: Experience in sourcing plastic / injection-moulded components

Skills Required: SAP | MIS reporting | Solid negotiation skills | MS Office
