We are looking for a highly motivated Linux Device Driver Developer with experience in Linux kernel programming and embedded systems development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Linux device drivers, kernel modules, and low-level software components for embedded platforms and hardware devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Linux device drivers for various hardware peripherals and subsystems.
- Experience in working with Embedded C, C or C++ programming language.
- Develop and modify Linux kernel modules and platform-specific drivers.
- Work closely with hardware, firmware, BSP, and system engineering teams to enable recent hardware features.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting,
and root cause analysis of kernel-level and driver-related issues.
- Optimize device driver performance, memory utilization, power consumption, and system stability.
- Support board bring-up, hardware validation, and platform integration activities.
- Understand and implement hardware specifications, datasheets, and interface protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for software integration, testing, and product releases.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical design documents, and development best practices.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and Linux kernel development guidelines.
