Roles and Responsibility

- Lead and motivate the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Head or similar role in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Robust problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HR software and systems is preferred.
