Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end banquet operations, including conferences, weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
Plan and coordinate event requirements with FB, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Front Office teams.
Ensure smooth execution of events as per BEO, guest requirements, and company standards.
Supervise banquet staff, allocate duties, and ensure proper grooming and discipline.
Conduct pre-event briefings and ensure all staff are aware of event details and responsibilities.
Monitor food quality, service standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
Coordinate set-up, seating arrangements, d cor, AV requirements, and event breakdown.
Monitor banquet revenue, wastage, operational costs, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, SOPs, and statutory requirements.




Prepare event reports and coordinate billing and settlement with the concerned departments.
Drive upselling and maximize banquet revenue and business opportunities

Job Expectations:

Robust guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of BEO, banquet costing, inventory, and event coordination.
Candidates from luxury hotels, resorts, or high-volume banquet properties preferred.

Minimum Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management. Minimum Job Experience: Experience: 6-10 years in banquet/FB operations. Reporting to: Director FB Travel: N/A
