About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive for PEB to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) sales and a solid understanding of the construction and industrial building sector.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, handling sales enquiries, and converting leads into successful PEB projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets in the PEB segment.
- Identify and develop potential customers, builders, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, digital platforms, and online business portals.
- Handle and follow up on leads received through India MART, Justdial, and similar platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/estimation team to prepare suitable PEB solutions.




- Visit potential clients and project sites to understand project requirements and build customer relationships.
- Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities for business growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA or any Graduate
- 3 to 5 years of relevant Sales Experience.
- Prior experience in selling PEB structures, industrial sheds, warehouses, roofing systems, or related construction products will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of PEB structures and the industrial construction sector.
- Experience in India Mart, Just Dial is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
