Job Description Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of CCTV, Surveillance, ELV, and Security Technology projects. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, site teams, clients, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Project Manager in end-to-end project execution.

- Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.

- Monitor daily installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities.

- Track project progress against timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at project sites.

- Assist in reviewing BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and site requirements.

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor work quality and productivity.

- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for site-related issues and approvals.

- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and MIS.

- Identify project delays, technical issues, and resource requirements and escalate them appropriately.

- Support testing,



commissioning, handover, and project documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4 8 years of experience in CCTV, Surveillance, ELV, Security, or IT Infrastructure projects .

- Hands-on experience in project/site execution.

- Experience managing technicians and site teams.

- Government, PSU, Smart City, Safe City, or enterprise project experience will be an advantage.

- Robust communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to project locations.
