Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-impact process improvement projects (e.g., DMAIC, Kaizen events) from inception to completion, ensuring sustainable results.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping).
- Develop and deliver training and coaching to team members across the organization on process excellence tools and principles.
- Conduct deep-dive process analysis, root cause analysis, and performance metric tracking.
- Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and financial impact of improvement initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, IT, Finance) to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new processes. Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or Operations Consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional improvement projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) certification is a must. Black Belt certification will be an added advantage.




- Expert proficiency in process mapping, process analysis and statistical analysis tools.
- Experience in designing KPIs, risk/time/scope management, stakeholder engagement
