Job Title: Software Designer - UX Designer

Job Purpose: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and experience creating intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging and user-friendly solutions.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business, user, and technical requirements.

- Create user flows, customer journey maps, information architecture, and wireframes.

- Design high-fidelity UI screens, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.

- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.

- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.

- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms.

- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

- Work closely with development teams during implementation and perform design QA reviews.
