Job Summary

At Foundation AI, as a Data Verification Analyst, you will play a crucial role in validating and reviewing healthcare-related documents with a high degree of accuracy. You will be responsible for processing medical records and billing documents while ensuring data integrity and quality using our AI-powered platform. Your attention to detail and proficiency in software tools will be essential for successfully managing healthcare documentation and supporting document automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Data Segregation and Review:

- Process, segregate, review, and validate healthcare-related documents according to established quality standards and process requirements.
- Review and validate healthcare documents including HCFA Bills, Non-HCFA Bills, UB-04 Bills, Medical Records, and Liens.
- Utilize the AI application to tag, validate, and process healthcare documents accurately.
- Identify and extract relevant information from healthcare documentation while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.

Data Capture and Formatting:

- Prepare, compile, and organize healthcare documents for accurate data capture and validation.
- Log and verify the receipt of data, maintaining an organized record of incoming information.
- Transfer information from scanned files, including images, PDFs, and Microsoft files, into a standardized format.

Data Entry and Verification:

- Conduct high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other software tools.




- Compare data to source documents to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
- Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information, resolving any discrepancies encountered.

Document Management and Confidentiality:

- Establish and maintain a filing system to efficiently manage data and documents. Safeguard confidential customer information and adhere to data privacy protocols.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.

Data Retrieval and Reporting:

- Respond to requests for data retrieval from the database or electronic filing system.
- Generate reports and summaries based on processed data as required. Need to adhere and comply with the daily targets and monthly targets of productivity and quality.

Responsibilities may be tailored based on the candidate s experience and proficiency.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with familiarity in healthcare documentation and medical records.
- Experience reviewing or processing healthcare documents such as HCFA Bills, Non-HCFA Bills, UB-04 Bills, Medical Records, or similar documentation.
- Excellent typing speed with a high level of data accuracy.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough document reviews.
