Job Summary

Position Overview: This is a leader role that will manage the projects and people, while being responsible for his/her own deliverables for Marmon Fastner Group. We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to manage both projects and team members, while remaining accountable for individual deliverables. In this role, you will foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, implement technical strategies and best practices, and lead the successful execution of complex initiatives. As a Team Leader, you ll deepen your technical expertise while playing a key role in driving Marmon s growth and innovation. You ll be responsible for mentoring team members, supporting their development, and conducting annual performance reviews. This role offers the chance to shape team culture, enhance processes,

Designation: Project Lead - Design

Reporting to: Sr. Project Lead / Manager

Location: Bangalore, Full Time

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree will be advantage)

Experience: 12 - 14 Years (Min 4Yrs exp in leading teams and projects working with US businesses)
