What Youll Do
Coordinate and monitor multiple IT projects.
Track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Developers, Designers, QA Teams, and Clients.
Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely task completion.
Prepare project status reports, MOMs, and project documentation.
Identify project delays, risks, and dependencies and escalate them proactively.
Assist in requirement gathering and client coordination.
Support Project Managers in smooth project execution and delivery.
What Were Looking For
23 years of experience in Project Coordination/Project Management in an IT company.
Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Experience with Agile/Scrum will be an advantage.
Client handling and stakeholder management experience is preferred.
Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA or related field.
