Key Responsibilities

- Sales Revenue Growth: Drive net recent revenue by acquiring Mid Market Enterprise customers in the assigned region.
- Lead Qualification Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the sales pipeline by qualifying inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Consultative Selling Product Demonstration: Conduct product demos, understand customer pain points, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Negotiation Deal Closure: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Account Management Expansion: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive upsells and cross-sells.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
- Sales Reporting Forecasting: Track key sales metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM to forecast revenue performance.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,



and emerging customer needs.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in Enterprise or B2B Sales of end to end sales within Cloud Telephony / SaaS / VoIP / UCaaS domains.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, objectional handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for client and business engagements.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
