Job Summary

Overview: We are looking for a skilled C# / .NET Developer with 46 years of application development experience to join our development team and contribute to building high-quality, high-performance, scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, WPF, Windows/Linux environments, and modern software development practices. In addition to robust software engineering fundamentals, the candidate should have practical knowledge of Agentic AI, AI-assisted development, GitHub Copilot, AWS containers, and secure AI integration.

This role requires someone who can contribute across the complete SDLC, work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously adopt modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and high-performance applications using C# / .NET.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:
- Requirement analysis
- Design

- Deployment
- Production support

- Develop industry-leading applications following established coding standards and best practices.
- Build reusable and maintainable software components.
- Technical Design Collaboration

- Prepare detailed technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to understand, clarify, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture and technical discussions as required.

- Production Support





- Actively participate in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to improving application reliability, performance, and maintainability.

- Testing Quality

- Develop and maintain automated unit and acceptance tests.
- Follow quality engineering and testing best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure code is reliable, maintainable, and production-ready.

- AI AI-Assisted Development

- Apply Agentic AI capabilities to software development and product engineering.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot effectively across different stages of development, beyond basic code completion.
- Understand and optimize the use of GitHub Copilot while considering premium request consumption and cost efficiency.
- Define and implement appropriate AI guardrails to ensure AI-assisted development is safe, reliable, and effective.
- Identify different use cases where AI can improve:
- Software development
- Debugging
- Documentation
- Code reviews
- Developer productivity

- Understand how AI can be safely integrated into products without exposing sensitive or customer data.
- Apply appropriate context and security considerations when incorporating AI capabilities into application architecture.

- AWS Cloud Development





- Develop and package applications in a manner that is cloud and deployment agnostic.
- Work with AWS container technologies for:
- Application deployment
- Build pipelines
- Development environments
- General engineering scenarios
- Understand containerization and cloud-native development practices.
- Ensure applications can be deployed effectively across different environments without unnecessary platform dependencies.
