Job Title: Certified Project Manager, Field IT (Remote - Night Shift). Location: Remote (India). Shift: Night Shift (IST). Job Type: Full-Time.

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Manager to join our IT team remotely from India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing field IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires working during the night shift to align with our global operations.

Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management. Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and management.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks to ensure minimal impact on project outcomes.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative environment and manage conflicts to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain project quality.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project deliverables. Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.




- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Certification: PMP from PMI institute.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects. Experience in managing IT projects is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Robust understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively communicate with international teams and clients.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work night shifts to align with global operations. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the IT services industry or with international clients is a plus.
