Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple customer-facing software implementation projects end-to-end.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Manage customer and internal stakeholder communication, meetings and project reporting.
- Forecast project hours, resource requirements and schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and business processes.
- Prepare customer-facing presentations, proposals and project updates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Development, Finance, Customer Success and other teams.
- Mentor project team members and support people-management responsibilities as required.

Mandatory / Key Skills

- 4plus years of Project Management / Professional Services / Software Implementation / Technology Delivery experience
- Strong end-to-end Project Management experience.




- Experience managing complex customer-facing projects.
- Strong Risk & Issue Management, Budget Management and Stakeholder Management.
- Experience leading cross-functional / geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence or similar tools.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Bachelors degree is required.

Preferred Skills

- PMP Certification – highly preferred.
- Experience in ERP implementation, such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.
- Experience with SaaS / Enterprise Software implementation.

Exposure to ERP, MES, Manufacturing, Packaging, Printing or Supply Chain software implementations
