About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems that can autonomously reason, plan, execute tasks, and interact with enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Agent Frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud-based AI services.
This role involves developing next-generation AI solutions that leverage autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, tool calling, memory systems, and enterprise integrations to automate complex business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, reflection, memory management, and task execution.
- Develop and deploy multi-agent systems for complex business processes and decision-making workflows.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures with enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Develop agent orchestration workflows using modern AI frameworks and tools.
- Create scalable and production-ready AI applications on cloud platforms.
- Optimize prompts, workflows, and agent performance to improve reliability and accuracy.
- Implement guardrails, security controls, and Responsible AI practices.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve agent performance using observability and evaluation frameworks.
- Work closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in Agentic AI, LLMs, multimodal AI, and emerging AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in Software Development, AI/ML, Data Science, or related domains.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Experience building AI/ML applications and deploying solutions in production environments.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and AI agent architectures.
