Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Functional Head Non-SAP Enterprise Applications to drive enterprise-wide application strategy, digital transformation, AI adoption, systems integration, and governance initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of non-SAP applications, including SuccessFactors, custom-built applications, enterprise integrations, and emerging AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in enterprise applications, digital transformation, IT PMO, application architecture, and stakeholder management within large manufacturing organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Application Leadership
- Define and execute the roadmap for all non-SAP enterprise applications.
- Lead implementation, enhancement, support, and governance of enterprise platforms, including SuccessFactors and custom-built applications.
- Drive application standardisation, rationalisation, and process digitisation initiatives.
- Reduce manual and spreadsheet-based processes through workflow automation and system-driven controls.
AI & Digital Transformation
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities across business functions.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics, intelligent automation, chatbots, and workflow solutions.
- Evaluate and onboard enterprise AI platforms while ensuring compliance with security, governance, and data privacy requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to embed AI capabilities into core operational and HR processes.
Enterprise Integration & Architecture
- Define enterprise-wide application integration strategy and architecture standards.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, third-party applications, and in-house systems.
- Govern API frameworks, middleware platforms, and data integration standards.
- Drive a unified application ecosystem by eliminating siloed systems and improving data consistency.
SuccessFactors Governance
- Oversee implementation, enhancement,
and support of SuccessFactors modules.
- Ensure data accuracy, workflow efficiency, audit readiness, and process compliance.
- Drive user adoption, process optimisation, and continuous improvement across HR technology platforms.
In-House Application Management
- Govern development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of custom applications.
- Ensure adherence to application development standards, secure coding practices, and architecture frameworks.
- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and solution delivery models.
- Rationalise redundant applications and improve platform scalability.
IT PMO & Transformation Governance
- Lead the IT PMO for all application and transformation initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks for project planning, execution, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Monitor project portfolios, delivery milestones, dependencies, and business outcomes.
- Provide executive dashboards and transformation progress reports to senior leadership.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal IT controls, audit requirements, cybersecurity policies, and regulatory standards.
- Enforce application access governance, audit trails, and role-based access controls.
- Mitigate risks associated with shadow IT and uncontrolled application onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with application vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, project deliverables, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology investments with organisational priorities.
- Act as the escalation point for critical application and transformation issues.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead teams across SuccessFactors, Enterprise Applications, Application Development, Integration, and PMO functions.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching, capability development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with HRMS and third-party enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, SuccessFactors, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation preferred.
